As President, Fred has over 27 years’ experience in the HVAC industry. Before co-founding Accel Air systems in 2003, Fred established himself as a Local 393 Journeyman Technician while learning his trade. He then went on to become NEBB Certified TAB Supervisor. While working for a large National Contractor, Fred managed over 300 field technicians while specializing in design, temperature controls, equipment start up, air and water balance and building systems commissioning. Many of the projects Fred was involved in here in the Bay Area were Fortune 500 companies with critical application processes. Fred received an AS degree from Foothill College and is an active member in MCAA and the US Green Building Council.
Mark co-founded Accel Air Systems and has been actively involved in the HVAC industry for over 30 years. He has extensive training in service via the Trane Corporation, Carrier Technical training, Automated Logic controls and is Siemen’s VFD certified. Mark also began his career as a Local 393 Service Technician and later became Foreman and Service Manager for a large National Contractor. With his indisputable working knowledge of the industry, Mark has successfully managed more than 50 field technicians at one time while generating millions of dollars in revenue. Mark also attended San Jose City College and continues his technical training on a regular basis.
Sam joined the Accel Air team in March of 2005 as manager of business development and customer retention. With over 25 years of service and industry experience, Sam has been able to create and manage service plans for some of the most recognizable companies in the country. As sales manager for a large National HVAC contractor, Sam successfully managed a sales team that set the bar for other organizations to follow. His affiliations to professional organizations such as BOMA and IFMA have enabled him to build a strong foundation and industry reputation. Sam completed the San Jose City College commercial HVAC program and attended West Valley College respectfully while serving his apprenticeship.
